Twinkle and Shalini have been friends for as long as I remember. A friendship fevicoled in mutual respect and spontaneous outbreaks of irrepressible laughter.

Unveiling of the label – ‘ Shalini James’ from Mantra was held at her store in Lulu Mall – a gathering of close friends celebrating the next step in a glowing career. The cake was commissioned by my sis Twinkle chechy to surprise her friend. I chose the Indian ‘Gulab’ to compliment the Indian themed line of dresses from ‘ Shalini James’
