Lemon & Lime Chevron Wedding Cake

I was so excited to be asked to submit a cake to Cake Central’s magazine – this was my interpretation in cake of the three inspiration photo’s they sent me. I am so in love with chevrons so when I seen that one of the inspiration photo’s was a chevron table cloth I squealed a little :)

I’ve said this before, but this is one of my favorite cakes EVER, by ANYONE. I love this cake so much!! Jo, you did everything just right on this – the colors, the visual weight, the craftsmanship, those edges! I love EVERYTHING about this cake!
