Absolutely loved making this ombre pink tea cup ruffle cake for my client’s sister’s wedding shower today. She ordered it over 6 months ago and today I met her for the first time and she was absolutely delighted with it. The three layers of sponge inside the cake are also pink ombre with a white chocolate mousse filling. Cake is perfectly finished off with a sugar paste, hand painted tea cup (courtesy of Jennifer by Icing by Designs).
