I was very excited about making this one…so many childhood memories – choosing which Dr should be in it…it was very close between John and Tom…Tom won by a mile – of scarf!!! (Because I knitted myself one like his on my Mum’s knitting machine way back when!!)

The cake itself was a Vanilla Bean sponge, filled with vanilla buttercream and my Mum’s home made Redcurrant Jam – we’re very sticky-makey-do aren’t we? ;) It was covered in white chocolate ganache and then fondant which was air brushed. Dr Who is made out of a mixture of modeling chocolate and fondant.
