I couldn’t wait to make this cake when I got the order…a gravity defying Monster Truck :-) :-). I loved making it. Blaze is hand carved from a 10 inch square cake and is airbrushed on white sugarpaste and hand painted. Everything apart from the supports is edible. The wheels are made from RKT and are splashed with chocolate mud. All presented on a chocolate mud board with edible rocks.
