This cake was inspired “loosely” by the gorgeous Wedgwood Jasperware pottery. The cake is a very soft dove grey which contrasts the white beautifully.

The rose swag border consists of over 36 individually crafted fondant roses and leaves…there are lots of great swag molds on the market now, I actually own a few by global paf molds that I have used before; however making your own swag border is a cheaper alternative to investing in an expensive mold…and yields pretty results.

The extended tier features a pretty stencil design by evil cake genius.

I added some lace ribbon and a lace bow to complete the design.
