A day at the beach

I was asked to make a “beachy” cake for a birthday – so I made this one with a bit of a whimsical touch – i can assure you that the swimmer made it to shore before the shark got close (LOL).

This was a vanilla-lime cake with a lemon curd filling. Hope you like it!
