Blessings to Sophie, Chiara and her family today. They celebrated with a 12 inch tall white couverture chocolate ganache drip bake which included a marbled chocolate topped by a raspberry white chocolate mud cake. Fillings were couverture chocolate with raspberry coulis. All homemade. Sophie did a beatific job completing the cake with gorgeous flowers and a personalised topper.
