So this is a little cake that I made for my brother. He loves chocolate so I though I’d make him a very chocolate cake.
It’s a chocolate sponge drizzled with baileys, sandwiched with chocolate buttercream and coated with a marbled chocolate ganache. It has a whole box of Thornton chocolates decorating the top, then I drizzled white chocolate over the whole thing and added a touch of gold leaf 😊
