When this guy was young, he used wooden skis and fabric backpack to act as an alpine guide to tourists, in the mountains in my area. Now he is celebrating his 90th birthday with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and they all are having fun together!
Cake is sponge cake with vanilla custard filling, the mountain is chocolate with rice krispie filling and house and trees are fondant.
