My niece asked a little over one week ago if I could make her daughter’s cake. As soon as she told me the theme was Minnie Mouse, I knew I wanted to try making a Minnie topper. I started with the face to make sure I could pull it off and thanks to Clara Altamore’s YouTube tutorial I think I pulled it off. Top cake is banana dream cake with cheesecake filling frosted with dulce de Leche smbc/fondant. Bottom is chocolate buttermilk cake filled with alternate layers of cheesecake and chocolate caramel filling covered in chocolate ganache.
