Music helps me Make Cake! I’ve loved these SCI guys for YEARS, but there was so much to choose from visually, jellyfish, dragonflies, ski buses, rainbows and mountains. String Cheese Incident, a jam band here in the states with a huge following of Grateful Dead type fans. They just also happen to be Colorado boys, with “ski bum” roots (thats the roots at the bottom of the mountain) that are dear to my own mountain gal heart. I brought them this cake when they played Red Rocks Amphitheater here in Denver, Colorado to a sold-out crowd for four days. They loved it! Good times <3
This cake was composed of MegaVanilla cake with Chocolate Buttercream, and was truly enjoyed by all – such kind and pleasant folks they are! A wire supported the large tentacles, and the jellyfish head by a rod, but everything else is freestanding sugar. Thanks for having us!
