I love making cakes for my family, and this one for my mum is no exception.

Apricot palette, Maggie Austin inspired ruffles, floral hand painted top tier and a spray of anemones and grey brunia to finish. On the inside two flavours, one a hazelnut cake with a milk chocolate praline filling and the other a buttermilk vanilla sponge with white chocolate and raspberries.
