This was my first attempt on a high heel shoe cake. I was inspired by the Christian Louboutin shoes. The cake is a fresh strawberry cake filled with a white chocolate buttercream. I used gumpaste for the shoe and wafer paper for the label. I cut the label a little to small. Also, the wafer paper wanted to tear a little.
