1st attempt at a watermelon cake. Took this to a family bb-q. Tried a new icing recipe…. a no go. Too sweet, and didn’t stay firm. Began to fall off the cake the next day. YUK!!! Well that’s how we learn…we experiment. Excuse the fuzzy picture….taken with my IPod camera. :o(
