Ebony gave me a picture of a beautiful silver and white cake she was inspired with and we personalised it for her. (I even got to see the beautiful cake at Oldwalls, whoever made the original, it is beautiful!)

The embroidery on Ebonys cake was to match her wedding dress embroidery.

I used fresh gypsophelia in with the stylised sugar roses on the cake.

The cake is very large. The top four tiers were cake and the bottom 14" and 16" tiers were polystyrene.

The rose ruffle took 9 hours to add, and I firmly believe it took that short amount of time due to the fabulous ruffle method in the book by Liz Marek, Artisan Cake Company

Oh my word! So many amazing cakes in the same place at once!

I am not used to making such a large cake

Don’t know how people do that regularly

This is a gorgeous cake! Your ruffle roses are perfect and the embroidery is beautiful! The one gold layer just sets it off and ties in beautifully with the color on the roses. Love it!
