My last Christmas cake of 2015… with a hand painted stag and antlers modelled from chocolate.

Inside two flavours – bottom tier a dark chocolate cake, with black cherry coulis and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, and the top tier a soft gingerbread cake with a cream cheese frosting and white chocolate.
