50th "Ruby" Birthday cake

Looks can be deceiving….the only edible cake here is the bottom layer. Top 4 layers are styrofoam cakes and can be taken off to use as a table display while the real cake is being served. The bottom layer is fudge marble cake to feed apprx. 50. My customer wanted a layer for every decade. The layers are covered with white fondant and wrapped with a silk ribbon and silver chocolate beads, topped off with a cascade of “ruby” roses.
