This was for a 30th birthday and although my diary was full up I just couldn’t turn it down. I’ve always wanted to do a Nightmare before Christmas cake. I wanted to do something different and I loved the idea of bringing The Hanging Tree to life. It’s made of a 6 inch vanilla latte flavoured cake and an 8 inch lemon sponge.
