My little girl’s 3rd birthday cake. Despite a tower cake and Rapunzel hanging off it, my Liv woke up in the morning and said, “But where’s Mother Gothel?” Sigh. Hard to impress your toughest client. ;) At least she was happy with the hand-sewn Rapunzel dress that mamma made. The castle in the background picture – supposed to be Rapunzel’s parents’ castle – is made completely of fondant and royal icing.
