Chocolate Skull and Roses - My 1st ganached cake

This was my first ganached cake made for my daughter`s 13th birthday.
She does not like fondant but loves chocolate so I decided to give ganache a go.
The chocolate skull was bought from Not On The Highstreet.
I made candy clay using red candy melts and used this to make the roses and plaque.
The cake was a chocolate mud cake which was layered and covered with milk chocolate ganache and then white chocolate ganache was added and left to drip down the sides.
