I made this cake by adding a pinch of heart, hope and joy. I prepared it for a two years old lovely cutie after her tenth operation due to a congenital heart disease. The problem has not been solved yet but this little blond warrior managed to recover so fast that heart surgerons had no words to explain it. I am pretty sure that miracles still happen.
