It was my brother’s 50th recently and, as male cakes aren’t my forte, I turned to Rose Macefield’s brilliant tutorial on Paul Bradford’s site. I can highly recommend it, I learned so much and many transferable skills. My lovely brother loves fly fishing on the River Conwy at Betws y coed, so he was thrilled.
