Thrilled to be part of the teaching team for Cake Crusade Ireland 2016 with The Ribbon Shack​. This is the fun and whimsical shoe that I will be teaching. Inspired by Shoe Bakery designs, this is my take on the ‘99’ ice-cream cone with vanilla ice-cream, drippy red syrup and of course the best bit, the Cadbury’s chocolate flake.
