I came into cake decorating after becoming disabled, having to give up my full time career. I was going stir crazy when my daughter found a two hour weekly course at the local college for “Cake Decorating & Sugarcraft” (I have done nine courses now, one was the NCFE level two qualification) I registered and opened Red Moon Cakes in September 2014 so I can also make for others too. https://www.facebook.com/RedMoonCakes

I am the mother to seven (yes seven children) I also have seven grandchildren and have around 60 family members within a five mile radius, so there are usually a few family parties every year!
