Only the small top tier of this cake was actual cake – the middle and bottom tier were “dummy” cakes. The setting was in a very beautiful rustic restaurant in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands. The succulents are made of sugar paste, but the roses and baby’s breath flowers are fresh. Top and middle tier are finished off with a hessian and lace ribbon – perfect for this lovely couple’s wedding cake!
