Client chose this design – each tier was layered with vanilla and red velvet. Buttercream icing with ribbon and broach accents. Dragees are hard to come by on island so I piped grey pearl dots and dusted them silver. I then covered the whole with white pearl petal dust, This was a very large cake – 6”/8”/12” – the venue was set up beautifully for this wedding and the bride was thrilled with how her cake looked and tasted.
