Made for someone close to my heart, lover of Plants and Chocolate. The Cake is a double barrel square cake covered in Ganache and texture like a cement block and then gilded for some drama, the cake in complimented by seasonal and not so seasonal flowers at the bottom and by a real Phalaenopsis inserted in the top tier of the cake [ this is The Present! apart from the Cake :) ] with Green Tea Chocolate Truffles simulating Moss.I like working with real flowers and Cake within reason, of course.
