Had a number of requests from family members for a cheesecake. Figured I would try a new recipe. This is Rumchata cheesecake and crust is made with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. Also decided to add some of the crushed cereal with a little brown sugar and cinnamon I think the middle of cheesecake.
