Last weekend we drove 11hrs to Scotland to deliver this beautiful wedding cake, it took 2 hours at the venue to set up but we can honestly say every second was worth it!

All flowers, leaves and the barrel is made of sugarpaste and spray painted, the apples are made from marzipan and spray painted, the other tiers have a buttercream coating and also have a royal icing design piped on and dusted with gold lustre. The bottom tier is Vanilla sponge with a strawberry Jam and vanilla buttercream, the second tier is the same but Gluten Free, the third tier is a rich fruit cake with marzipan and then the fourth tier is a dummy cake .
