Very Unusual Cake

A bit unusual cake that I have to make for the customer. Had a look for ideas on the internet but must say they looked a bit disgusting so I decided to make my own ‘clean’ version.
The Customers were over the moon and this is what they said:

“With this toilet rolls I could sit on the toilet all day” LOL
