Had some leftover chocolate ganache and decided to bake a cake this afternoon in order to use it. Had no plans to decorate then I thought about the fantasy flower that I had made months ago. Went into my cake things and realized I had some modeling chocolate that I never got a chance to use. The leaves were made with the modeling chocolate as well as the border (used a cake lace mold). Cake flavor is orange filled with cannoli filling covered in chocolate ganache textured with milk chocolate ganache.

Very pretty and sounds delicious. I like leftover ganache heated and poured over vanilla ice cream.
