This was by far the most fun projects I have ever done, and believe it or not i made it right at the beginning of my caking career)
Every element except straws on this tray is edible, including the little boxes under french fries and hot dog. There are 4 cakes here: drink cup, pop corn box, hot dog tray and bun, french fries box.
I have just learned back then the beauty of modeling chocolate and was eager to use it everywhere, so most of the details are from modeling chocolate. I have not used any printed edibles, everything is carved and cut by hand.
Love my french fries that were from white chocolate, and pop corn are almost 300 little marshmallows hand cut and painted one by one……. Why have not Iused real pop corn???? I thought about that only after spending 3 hours of these))))) And hey, that’s not challenging enough and fun for a real cake artist, right?)
The drink is actually made from colored piping jell and some rock candies.
