Rich's '66 Cadillac Convertible

Rich and his wife have a ‘66 Cadillac convertible and they take it all over to antique car shows. They wanted to share Rich’s 70th birthday with their fellow cruisin’ buds. The cake was a decadent carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. The car was a frozen cream cheese icing transfer…first time I ever tried that procedure. I think it turned out rather well. Rich was most pleasantly surprised. “Hey, that’s my car!!” TYFL
