The vanilla sponge with vanilla butter cream bottom tier is 9" deep and covered with approx. 500 hand made sugar blossoms.
The next tier is vanilla sponge with strawberry buttercream. this tier is simply covered with white fondant and a gooseberry green sugar bow.
The next tier is vanilla sponge with strawberry buttercream and is once again 9" deep and covered with 280 hand made sugar flowers
The top two tiers are chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and the same design is copied . In total there are over 800 sugar flowers . The bespoke cake stand is decorated with “diamante” to match the “diamante” on the cake ribbon.
