Hi, it wasnt too hard, I underestimated the size of the sole once I would have iced it,but you live and learn. Im pretty pleased with it how it turned out and the recipient was over the moon :)

I see. so you needed to do the sole bigger to accomodate the width of icing? you have done a super job anyway i have a shoe cake to do soon and am a little worried :S
