I saw these guys online (made by Hungry Happenings) & knew I wanted to make them for my Thanksgiving dinner. I made other desserts as well but these guys were placed at each place setting. They are kind of silly & simple but every now & then it’s fun to do something that isn’t crazy detailed & doesn’t require staying up to the wee hours of the morning…. They are milk chocolate with a pumpkin truffle filling & fondant beak & snood (the red bit).
