It was such a pleasure to make this special cake . My favourite things all in one cake! flowers ruffles and just prettiness! Each tier was designed to incorporate the couples ideas and theme for their special day and I suggested a square bottom tier as they had a family heirloom cake stand which was square and I think would have been a shame not to use it.
Cakes are 12" Victoria sponge with raspberry Conserve + vanilla buttercream , 10" luxury carrot and pecan cake , 8" red velvet cake ,6" coffee liqueur cake with baileys buttercream, and a 4" luxury fruit cake x
