This cake was made as a surprise for a 30th birthday party to a Lego lover that works with construction. It’s absolutely all edible, from bricks and lego men to the beer and the excavator. The red cake block was coloured with airbrush, the beer was made of RKT and the beer foam was made from melted marshmallows. I had a lot of fun making it! <3
