Finally I got a chance to make a cake for my pretty niece. All she likes is chocolate so here is a special birthday cake loaded with the goodness of dark chocolate.

Bake make: Three layers of our signature dark chocolate cake, filled with citrus flavoured swiss meringue cream. The cake is frosted with dark lindt chocolate ganache frosted to look like a tree stump and topped with a peach colour fantasy flower.
