A beautiful couple celebrated their 50th birthdays, so I set upon the new trend in cakes to match them into a his & hers. These cakes are pure ganache with no fondant (yay – arms had a break)

Couple were ecstatic with their cakes!

The “his” cake was a whiskey infused chocolate mud with layers of whiskey chocolate ganache cake.

The “hers” cake was White macadamia nut filled with white ganache.
