I’m back to caking after a very much relaxing summer break.
We travelled to Goa this year to spend time together as a family and boy no one wanted to come back!!
My husband and the kids went on and on about our holiday there so I took the chance to make him a beach cake on his birthday..plus it was quicker and easier …unlike his special request ‘fancy’ cakes!! ;)
The cake is chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache and hershey’s sauce.
The ombre ‘waves’ are made from wafer paper.
