Customer brought me a picture and said, “I want this exact cake….this is my DREAM cake. And I don’t want ANY bubbles in the buttercream!” LOL! (I have no idea who made the original, but it was BEAUTIFUL!) The pressure was on, but she was so satisfied she cried tears of joy and called today asking for a top tier replica. :) I definitely see where my piping could use some refining, but I think this is the most piping I’ve ever done. :)
