I made this for my 5 year old niece who loves Hello Kitty and Cinderella. Purple, lavender and blue were the theme colors and I had so much fun designing the cake and cupcakes for her – such pretty colors! The cake is a tall, 6 inch round chocolate cake decorated in Satin Ice Fondant in a quilt design studded with purple sugar pearls/dragees and swags accented with a small, pink flower blossom. Hello Kitty is sculpted out of rice crispy treats and modeling chocolate and stands at about 6 inches high. I also baked a few dozen cupcakes with toppers to match sprinkled with baby blue disco dust for that magical sparkle. Thanks for looking =)
