This very typical norwegian cake is made in rings by icingsugar, eggwhite and grounded almonds.
Normaly built up as a tower with flags and some paper decorations on it. But I have found a unic way to make my own style in this cake. With a twist. Sugarflowers, angels and butterflies on the side and topped with a baby in angel wings.
Just love this cake and it is a must have on big occations here.
