It was an honour to be given the opportunity to create this cake for baby Katie’s second birthday. The Mickey mouse clubhouse theme was specially requested by her mommy as she was into Mickey mouse cartoon lately. As for the cake, we decided to go with moist chocolate cake for the kids and the carrot raisin cake with less sugar for the elderly guests.
