I made this for my family’s Christmas dessert to ‘practice’ for another cake for a competition. I loved how it turned out. It is about 22" tall and the skirt base is about 15" in diameter. It is an amaretto pound cake with white chocolate orange buttercream covered in marshmallow fondant. The details are fondant and isomalt jewels.
