This cake the Groom’s Cake I made for my grandson who will be getting married tomorrow. It’s a two tier oval cake covered in buttercream and coconut because he loves coconut, and with an owl cake topper because his Alma Mater’s mascot is an owl. The owl is made of rice krispy’s treats, clothes and top hat are made of fondant.
The bottom tier is moist yellow cake and the top tier is Italian cream cake. TFL!!
