What an absolute honour it was to be apart of my first ever collaboration! When I was first asked to be a part of this group, the invitation said something about the collaborators being “super women in heels”. At the time I was planning a big Teacher Appreciation Week project that had a Super Hero theme. I guess I took the invitation quite literally because doing a Wonder Woman shoe came immediately to mind. As I considered how I could incorporate the shoe into a cake or cookie design, the idea of being a super mom emerged and all of the super powers a mother needs to get through the day.
