I do love to make cakes that make people stop and stare .
This was a 40th Anniversary cake for a dear colleague at work .
A 10inch round sponge raised off the base board and made to look like a table , decorated with a tea service and sandwiches .
The brolly had a wire frame and then covered in cake lace , with of corse a couple of led lights for fun !

I honestly cannot imagine having to make the little tea service and sandwiches. They are so perfect. Love this
